Refund Policy

If Octavo Cloud isn't right for you, email eliud@munyala.pro within 14 days of your first payment (or of a yearly renewal) for a full refund, no questions asked. Founder lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days.

Monthly renewals after the first month are not refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Card and PayPal refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. M-Pesa refunds are issued via Paystack.
